At Skinstation, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare journey. If a product isn't the right fit for your skin, you can return unopened items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into your Skinstation account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring they are securely padded to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our dermatological team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
